that means install just your apps and your cubase or whatever you use.
its basically a windows XP without the crap. very light weight.good for music making.

with all of the above said, it is still not actually tweaked.
you can tweak it even more by following any one of the guides

give it a try, i installed it on an old Pentium 3 and its great,
although of coarse there will be mixed views on it.never the less,
its there for the taking if you want it.
