لا تترددي بالبكاااااااااااااااااااااااااااء عشان ترتاحي وباين ان الصدمه قوووووووووووووووويه عشان هيك لازم تبكي لاززززززم مش لازم تضغطي عنفسك لانه غلط كبير لازم تبكي ابكي وريحي نفسك وما في شي بيستاهل زعلك هوه صحيح البكاء مش كويس وما بهون علينا زعلك وحزنك بس حاليا لازم تبكي عشان البكاء بيخفف من الصدمه تحياتي يا حياتي |
i've been in that place..sometimes still there....for me it was because the pain and hurt were too much that i just couldnt cry...that you feel that even crying is not going to work..and sometimes that you are too tired to cry..im emotional in my nature but sometimes when i get hit time after time i feel that the tears are far away...and that i cant breath like theres sth heavy on my chest...i would feel so empty and full of emotions at the same time...but when you least expect it..you will cry..for me i was at that moment feeling so cold as if i would never feel again...like even breathing or smiling are too much..that they are something i lost the power to do..but then sth happened..sth so small and simple..sth that wasnt even sad..and i found myself crying so hard that after i was done i just fainted..that is how much hurt i was.....
i dont know if that helped but i wanted to tell you that sometimes it happens and maybe you'll find release the same way i did ...sorry for taking so long to explain |

الله يوسع صدرك بالعافيه اختــي وآنــآ نفس مشكلتك تمـآمـآ ولا آنــآ بصدمه ولا غيـرة بس لما احتـآج اني ابكــي مااستطيع ., فلجـأت للقرآن صرت آقرآء كل ماضاقت ., والله يجعل القرآن نور صدرونـآ وجلآء آحزننـــآ وثقي ربك قريب والدموع انا ما احبها حتى لو احتاج اني افرغ ربي معاي ويرحمني بدون دموع "" ! |
